“Stacey DelPreore has been involved in both the personal fitness industry and cheerleading for the past 15 years. Stacey attended Carmel High School in New York and Sacred Heart University in Connecticut.
As a cheerleading captain and flyer at Sacred Heart University, Stacey led her team to a National ranking, the first time in school history. Stacey was a member of the UCA staff for 10 years. She has also coached high school and all-star teams in the New York and Connecticut area, judged numerous cheerleading competitions, and choreographed routines for many teams. As a personal trainer and certified group exercise instructor, she has gained extensive knowledge in cardio and strength training, stability and core, plyometric training and nutrition. Stacey has been involved in cutting edge cardio endurance training and is at the forefront of her industry.“

For my review, I received the TRAIN2Cheer Strength & Conditioning DVD. While I don’t cheer, this DVD proved to be an excellent workout. I’ve been wanting to achieve a flatter mid-section. Having a baby has been catastrophic to my body (maybe I’m just overexaggerating, but that’s how I feel).
The TRAIN2Cheer Strength & Conditioning workout was designed specifically for cheerleaders and dancers. The main objective of this workout is to increase cardio and muscular performance, which in turn…results in strong cheerleading and dance performances. The DVD consists of low impact and high impact cardio exercises, as well as a focus on strength training. The workout is 45 minutes long, which could easily fit into a busy schedule. Each track is choreographed to high-energy music with different sequences of exercises. The workout starts with a warm-up and progresses into higher impact cardio tracks for the first 15 minutes. After the heart rate is almost at its peak, a mixed interval track will level the heart rate, then they take you down to the floor for upper body strength training. The second half of the workout will push you to your limit with a high impact cardio and jump cardio track before finishing with abs and stretching. The combination of these exercises will target the different muscles and body movements that pertain to stunting, tumbling, muscle control and dance routine.
This DVD includes music by Jordin Sparks, E-Type, Miley Cyrus, RuPaul, Master Blaster, Dot Dot Dot, Kim Sozzi, Jessy, De-Grees, Real Booty Babes. Also, a bonus track by the Black Eyed Peas!!
With the combination of the high-energy music and great workout, I honestly feel like this is an excellent addition to my fitness DVD collection. It will aide me in accomplishing getting down to my goal weight.
