The Mommy MD Guide to the Toddler Years Review

Mommy books – we love ’em. They guide us to become the mothers we crave to be. Sometimes we follow their input, other times…you just have to do what’s right for you and your child. The Mommy MD Guides provides books for your journey through pregnancy, the first year AND the toddler years. I was stoked to be able to read and review their newest book – The Mommy MD Guides to the Toddler Years.

The Mommy MD Guides to the Toddler Years, written by Rallie McAllister, MD, MPH and Jennifer Bright Reich, provides an insightful look into the unpredictable and CRAZY life of raising a toddler. My daughter is 2 1/2 years old, and we are WELL into the chaotic toddler years. We’ve been through the tantrums, the boo-boo’s and fears – as well as hugs, kisses and “I love you”‘s.

Don’t you hate reading parenting books and find out that the advice is given by those who AREN’T even parents!? How can you possibly advise me on how to raise my kid when you don’t have one yourself. That’s the thing with Mommy MD Guides. They make sure that their tips and advice is gathered from actual mothers {who double as really smart and successful doctors}. This book contains over 900 tips!!

Isabella hasn’t hit the terrible two’s, but I think we might be in for it with the “terrible three’s”. This book provides comforting and helpful advice on how to deal with everything TODDLER.

Included in this book are tips on getting your toddler to use eating utensils, transitioning to a cup, going to the doctor, getting your toddler to SLEEP and more!

You can purchase The Mommy MD Guide to the Toddler Years for $17.95.
