Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi with McCormick + Giveaway [CLOSED]

This post brought to you by McCormick & Company. All opinions are 100% mine.

I love preparing and sharing yummy meals with my family. Slaving over a hot stove is worth seeing the looks of satisfaction and joy on their face when they bite into one of my creations. Food is the centerpiece for not only dinner time, but also family conversation. Instead of eating your meals at a computer desk or the couch, why not sit around the table and get to know the people you share your home with better?

At McCormick.com, you can view a wide variety of delicious recipes that you and your family are sure to love. You can search for recipes based on dish type, main ingredient, total time, serving size, level of difficulty, number of ingredients, technique, how health conscious it is, and more.

We were given the opportunity to try out the Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi recipe that's available to view on McCormick's website. My daughter and I are huge shrimp lovers, so it was practically guaranteed that we were going to endulge ourselves in this dish. It was SUPER easy to prepare and didn't require much time at all, around 10 minutes.

This dish required large shrimp (peeled and deveined), linguine pasta, olive oil, butter and McCormick Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi Seasoning Mix.

My daughter LOVED the garlic butter shrimp scampi, and I loved how the flavor of the shrimp soaked into the linguine, making it especially delectable. At only 358 calories per serving, this dish isn't too shabby on your waistline!

I most want to try that shrimp scampi. I’ve never tried it with pasta and I usually buy the prepared frozen stuff. I bet this tastes so much better homemade….yum.
